Mechanical skimmers

This heavy duty work boats are highly efficient in the managament of submerged, emergent and free floating aquatic vegetation.

Like an underwater lawn mower, a machine cuts aquatic vegetation, collecting and storing the weeds on board. One horizontal and two vertical cutter bars can be lowered up to two meters deep to cut weeds.

 

ARHIFARM use special weed cutting machines for controlling densely matted aquatic vegetation.

Hand skimmers

In order to prevent lake and pond weeds regrowth, variety of rake are used as bottom cutters, as well as handy tools to skim algae, leaves and all other types of floating debris of your water.

ARHIFARM uses:

Contact herbicides are lethal to all plant cells with which they come in contact. They act quickly and are relatively nonselective. This group of herbicides does not move extensively within the plant and may not kill internal plant tissues or roots. Perennial woody plants can be defoliated by contact herbicides but they quickly resprout and often must be treated again. Contact herbicides are more effective on annual herbaceous plants.

Arhifarm`s team of experts take good care to use correct dosage of herbicides, because applying either too much or too little herbicide can cause problems.
