Collection and transportation of liquid waste

 

The company is engaged in the collection and transportation of waste oil, oily mixtures, a mixture of fuel oil and fuel oil. Liquid waste collection is done by Channel Jet equipment and stored in tanks for transport. Transportation of non-hazardous waste is by road freight transport, while the transport of hazardous waste with ADR vehicles, the vehicles are certified for the transport of dangerous goods. These vehicles manage persons who have ADR certification.

Collection and transportation of solid waste

Waste is gathered in particular cages or garbage bins made specifically for this purpose. The cages and the bins are then loaded or emptied in garbage trucks. Transport of the non-hazardous and hazardous waste is performed through adequate road transportation, in certified heavy-load vehicles for hazardous materials transport – an ADR vehicle. These vehicles are driven by the people who hold the ADR certificates.

Fuel decanting: with a membrane pump (air operated) in the EX version; with gear pump or plunger pumps with different capacities ranging from 5 to 50 tons per hour;

We are able to decant fuel from the tanks with small openings, because we also operate small-diameter suction pipes, and also to decant fuel to significantly higher tanks which are positioned up to 50 meters above the original tank that the fuel is taken from.

We perform collection of PET waste as well as of other plastic packaging with MAN garbage trucks that can carry up to 24 tons of load, and MAZ vehicles that can carry 8 tons load.

The decanting process removes the solid and liquid undissolved impurities from oils. The decanter capacity is 9000 liter per hour.

Water-derived impurities are filtered from oil with an automated filtration system in 100μ, 50μ, 25μ, 10μ, 5μ, 3μ and 2μ filtration groups. The capacity of the system is 3600 liters per hours.

By distilling the filtered oil we get a water-free oil of the desired quality. The capacity of the distiller is 450 liters per hour;
